号外：GAE的限制收紧已经生效

之前说google会在今天，减少GAE应用程序的免费限额。
现在他们说到做到了- -#

The new free quota levels to take effect on June 22nd will be as follows:

    * CPU Time: 6.5 hours of CPU time per day
    * Bandwidth: 1 gigabyte of data transferred in and out of the application per day
    * Stored Data&Email Recipients: unchanged

查看你自己的GAE控制台会发现：
CPU Time 1%   1%    0.06 of 6.50 CPU hours
Outgoing Bandwidth 5%   5%    0.05 of 1.00 GBytes

这两项已经变小了。。。Outgoing Bandwidth这项影响尤甚。。赶紧去停掉我的照片应用@@~。。随便几个request就是好几MB啊啊啊啊~~~ 泪奔~~
